We actively promote safeguarding within the club and our Welfare Office, James Pickles, has undertaken the relevant Safeguarding training provided by the LTA to ensure that a safe and inclusive environment is achived for all.

Reporting a concern.
If you have a concern which you would like to discuss with James you can email him giving your name, email address and phone number, together with details of the matter you wish to raise. All correspondence will be treated by him promptly and in total confidence. We wish to reassure members, children, adults at risk and other venue users that they will not be subject to a detriment by raising safeguarding concerns and/or complaints in good faith.
